E Commerce Operations

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
 Manage and mentor a team and foster a collaborative and results-driven work
environment.
 Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in ecommerce to optimize business processes.
 Implement strategic initiatives to enhance the company's overall operational performance.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
 Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and project deliverables.
 Foster a culture of loyalty, responsibility, and excellence within the team.
 Identify potential customer and takes it as an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth,
customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
 Building and managing the relationship with current customers and increasing the reach by
adding new customers for our top-line sales growth.
 Identify the Customers needs and suggest appropriate products to meet his requirement.
 Build long-term relationships with customers to grab all new/possible sales opportunities.
 Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
 Set up meetings/calls with customers to finalize various deals & promotions.
 Monitoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly achievements & shortcomings against targets.
 Coordinating with internal & external stakeholder related to system communication for
smooth functioning of Backend.
 Keeping an eye on business profitability and reporting on a regular basis
 Keep an eye on best practices in the market and work on related improvement areas.
