Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify passenger s specifications, desires and guide them with suitable travel packages, flight reservation as per passenger s convenience. Completely U.S process and passages will be 100% from U.S geography.
- Plan the complete literary for the passengers related to flight reservation
- Supply travelers with pertinent information related to their queries related to airlines booking
- Make new sales techniques and prepare promotional strategies to sell travel related solutions.
- Guide existing passengers with the cancellation, refunds for their existing booking.
- Candidate will be responsible to make a reservation on GDS Amadeus
- Generate revenue on daily/monthly basis by generating MCO out of each booking/PNR made.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S flight reservation
- Hands on experience of flight reservation in purely U.S geography
- Candidate must be savvy with GDS Amadeus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Exemplary selling skills and passengers oriented approach
- Ability to handle passenger s escalations and give them resolution.
- Education background in Hospitality, Travel Tourism or Hospitality will add on to the candidature.
