Job Description: Sr. Travel Sales Consultant (German Language Expert)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interacting with German-speaking passengers over calls, assisting them with flight reservations and travel-related queries.
• Following up with existing German-speaking customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat bookings.
• Experience in handling brand/website calls, generic/organic calls, destination-specific inquiries, and PPC campaign calls in German.
• Generating MCO or Mark up to meet monthly sales targets.
• Following up on sales leads and providing passengers with the best flight deals in the industry, all in German.
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus) is required, with the ability to handle German language bookings and customer interactions effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in German.
• Over 1 year of experience in the international travel industry, particularly handling German-speaking markets.
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, with a strong desire to perform.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 environment, including shifts and holidays if needed.
• Candidates with prior experience working with the German market or in a multilingual environment are preferred.
